we want to call your attention to the regulation of the Examination Office.

Inspections (UPDATED 19th April, 2021)

•    Until further notice there will not be an in-person inspections.
•    The conduct of inspections is only through the online dispatch of the examination documents possible (for example through the S-Mail-Adress).
•    Though there is no obligation for the examiner to organize an inspection this way.

We will offer inspections for several lectures - via S-Mail (student account). You can find for every module examination the particular information on this homepage (please pay attention to the particular examination date).

Inspections for the lectures and seminars in the winter semester 2022/23 and the second dates from the summer semester 2022 do not take place in presence. The registration for the inspection is possible in the 3 weeks after the announcement of the grade. The following procedure applies:

1. Registration by email (from Smail-Account) to sozialpolitikwiso.uni-koeln.de with the following information:

• Subject: Inspection and lecture title

• Text of the mail:

• Matriculation number

• Name

2. After the registration period for the inspection has expired, you will receive an email with the evaluation. This can take up to 6 weeks - depending on the number of requests. Therefore we would like to ask for patience here.

Due to our capacities at the chair, it is not possible to allow all students to inspect the documents. Therefore, we would like to ask you to register for an inspection only in urgent cases. Only students who have a need due to the grading can be granted access.

We will only respond to emails that reach us via your S-mail address.
